The Internship
As the Head of Customer Growth Insights Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting Google’s Customer Growth Engine (CGE) team in Dublin. You’ll leverage your analytical expertise to generate actionable insights that drive customer growth strategies. This internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to:
- Champion data-driven decision making: Support the prioritization of initiatives through data analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks: Build frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and calculate the return on investment (ROI) of various initiatives.
- Become an insights champion: Identify and share customer growth insights to inform strategic decision making across the CGE team.
- Contribute to global thought leadership: Collaborate on thought leadership initiatives related to business health, performance metrics, and data visualization tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a data-driven field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (SQL, BI platforms, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A passion for customer-centricity and growth strategies
