About the Role: Make a Difference Every Day

As a Student Nursing Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and effective patient care. Working within their innovative Hub and Spoke model, you’ll have a consistent home base (Hub) for the full two years, where you’ll be a valued member of the team. You’ll also have the chance to expand your skills through diverse placements (Spokes) in different nursing fields. This means you’ll work clinically for 80% of your time and dedicate 20% to university studies each week.

Throughout the program, you’ll learn the physical, psychological, and public health aspects of nursing care, covering everything from pre-conception to end-of-life. This comprehensive training prepares you to be a flexible and adaptable practitioner, equipped to make a real impact on the lives of your patients.
