Overview of the Internship:
As the IT End User Services Intern, you will collaborate closely with IT leaders and staff to improve collaboration and compute experiences across the enterprise. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing technical projects, participating in daily management and continuous improvement initiatives, and providing support for service incidents and requests. Additionally, you will assist with imaging, PC compliance, security initiatives, and onsite deskside services. This internship offers hands-on experience in a hybrid full-time role, providing valuable insights into IT operations within the defense and space manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
During the internship, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing technical projects to implement or enhance IT systems and services.
  • Participating in daily management and continuous improvement initiatives for the IT function.
  • Supporting the fulfillment of service incidents and requests.
  • Performing imaging and supporting PC compliance and security initiatives.
  • Providing onsite deskside services such as hardware setup and conferencing space configuration.
  • Undertaking other technical duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, IT Systems, or Technical Program Management.
  • Possess excellent communication, teamwork, and customer relationship skills.
  • Have proficiency in MS Office Suite and Windows OS.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
