Position Overview:
As a Retail Brokerage Summer Intern at JLL, you will gain valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry. You’ll work closely with real estate analysts, transaction professionals, and associates, contributing to various aspects of retail brokerage.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the retail brokerage team by gathering market information
- Creating marketing materials and pitches using Adobe software
- Participating in team meetings, site visits, and market tours
- Supporting the proposal process and compiling tenant information
- Identifying new opportunities for retail clients and contributing to market analysis
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in relevant fields
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe software, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with good time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in commercial real estate sector is an asset
Compensation:
Estimated salary range: $41,600.00 – $49,920.00 CAD per year, based on market data and geographic location.

On-site in Vancouver, BC
