Responsibilities
The IT Intern will be responsible for assisting with maintaining day-to-day computer operations of CE&I Services. They will work under close supervision to provide technical support to end-users, support and maintain IT hardware, software, and systems, and assist with troubleshooting issues and providing end-user technical support. Additionally, they will assist with organizing and maintaining IT hardware resources and act as a resource on various IT-related projects.
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program related to computer science, information systems/technology, or engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 2.9 or higher in relevant coursework.
- Ability to interact with clients, managers, and employees with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
- High attention to detail.
