Job Description
Covestro offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring professionals with a passion for commercial operations, marketing, or product management to join their team as Marketing Interns. This full-time, on-site internship, based at Covestro’s headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, provides hands-on experience in Marketing, Product Management, and Industrial Marketing.
Throughout the 12-week summer program, interns will collaborate closely with experienced professionals, gaining insight into Covestro’s business operations. Interns will contribute to ongoing projects, participate in marketing initiatives, and may have the opportunity to visit Covestro’s facilities for a comprehensive understanding of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Assist in product management activities
- Coordinate marketing events and initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Support project coordination and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Skills and Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business or Technical fields
- Completion of freshman year
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of sophomore year
- Prior internship/work experience is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate projects and provide technical solutions
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Duration: 12 weeks, starting May 20, 2024
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
