Overview:
ScentAir, a global leader in olfactory marketing, is seeking a Computer Science/Engineering intern to support their Information Technology department. The internship offers a diverse 3-6 month assignment, providing exposure to all facets of IT, including support desk, infrastructure, applications, and security.
Responsibilities:
- Support the entire IT department with organizational initiatives
- Respond to general support requests
- Configure new users, assist with equipment setup and replacement
- Perform phone system updates, software deployments, security audits, data analysis, and optimization
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in an IT-related field
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
