Job Description
As a Back End Developer at CryptoRecruit, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for a leading Proof of Stake (PoS) validator. Collaborating closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams, you will ensure the scalability and security of their solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new services using TypeScript and Golang to address critical product and business needs.
- Implement scalable systems leveraging modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
- Create secure and extensible server code while ensuring comprehensive testing.
- Research blockchain implementations and maintain configurations.
- Utilize automated testing, CI/CD, container orchestration, and other modern development techniques.
- Design performant, scalable, and maintainable database schema.
- Drive improvements in products and internal processes through proactive suggestions and challenges to the status quo.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering.
- Proven track record in designing, creating, and maintaining production services.
- Familiarity with infrastructure setup and development environment configuration.
- Comfortable working with code from open-source projects in various languages.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and drive results despite uncertainties.
Preferred Skills:
- Passion for blockchain technology and a decentralized future.
- Contribution to the open-source community.
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Background in building financial, high reliability, or security systems.
