Job Description
As a Customer Success Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customers’ success by making their experience with the company’s product and developer platform seamless and exceptional. You’ll prioritize and resolve customer issues, serve as the first point of contact for enterprise customers, and drive relationships to understand technical and business objectives. Additionally, you’ll evangelize and educate customers on existing and new product launches, contribute to the company’s client libraries and documentation, and track customer feedback.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a software development role
- Strong knowledge of React.js
- Interest in Web3; experience with Web3 development is a plus
- Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working remotely, with preference for time zone overlap with North American team members
Duration and Location
Fully remote position with preference for time zone overlap with North American team members.
