About the Role
Software Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect Infrastructure (with Gen AI) to drive their enterprise architecture strategy. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement architectural frameworks that align with business objectives and support technological innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT architecture, with expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
Position Summary
The Enterprise Architect Infrastructure (with Gen AI) will lead the creation and review of enterprise architecture strategies to meet the strategic needs of the business. They will define architectural policies, standards, and practices, ensuring alignment with business goals and promoting consistency across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing enterprise architecture frameworks, driving infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, and leading technology innovation projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture Framework & Roadmap(s) to optimize the IT environment.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive architectural convergence and ensure adherence to standards.
- Provide leadership in infrastructure and cybersecurity domains.
- Define improvements to enterprise architecture processes and procedures.
- Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with established standards and policies.
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) and pilot projects to influence technology directions.
- Manage IT financial management and budget constraints.
- Stay abreast of technology trends and industry best practices.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in related business or IT work, preferably in manufacturing industries. Experience with IT architecture on global projects is essential.
Skills
- Cloud architecture experience, preferably with Azure.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure and cybersecurity architecture.
- Familiarity with IT architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Experience with IT architecture tools and modeling notations (e.g., UML).
- Demonstrated experience in IT architecture governance processes.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and industry standards.
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment is desired.
