Job Description
As a Business Analyst Intern with Emergent Holdings, you will join their dynamic Digital Product Execution Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the team’s mission to identify and execute the strategic roadmap for Senior Health Services data and digital needs. Collaborating across diverse business areas, your responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, creating reports and presentations, assisting in project planning and coordination, and ensuring alignment between business needs and solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the ever-evolving healthcare industry while contributing to the improvement of digital solutions critical to the organization’s success. This is a hybrid remote position based in Detroit, MI.
Skills and Qualifications
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or senior in an applicable degree program
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
- Full-time availability during normal business hours for the summer
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computers and standard software
- Ability to proofread documents and perform mathematical computations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Compensation
The compensation for this internship role ranges between $17 and $33 per hour, depending on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
