Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in health/health and social care, QCF Diploma in health, GNVQ, BTEC in health or health and social care (Care Certificate required if not already achieved, but training may be offered).
- Experience in care work (care home, community care, or hospital setting).
- Experience working with the public.
- Good verbal and written command of English.
- Numeracy skills (demonstrated through qualifications or experience).
- Ability to organize and conduct own work professionally.
- Good understanding of healthcare relevant to the client group (nutrition and hydration, dignity and respect, infection control, safeguarding vulnerable people).
- Understanding of job role limits and ability to recognize and escalate situations requiring reporting to a senior person.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing the theatre for surgical lists, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Your meticulous attention to detail will contribute to successful procedures.

- Work collaboratively within the theatre team, contributing your skills and knowledge to a supportive and effective environment.
