Job Description
Position – Facilities Coordinator
Location – Santa Monica, CA
Duration – 3 months (Possibility of C2H)
Pay Rate – $24/hr (On W2)
Shift Time – Mon to Fri, 7am to 4pm

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to clients.
  • Create and assign work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, proposals, and department files.
  • Train vendors on work order and billing procedures.
  • Process invoices and ensure proper cost center coding.
  • Assist with facility inspections and other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in facilities coordination.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as stooping, standing, walking, and lifting heavy loads.

Other Details

  • This position requires onsite work in Santa Monica, CA.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
