About the Position
As part of the Trace3xperience Program, the AI Program Intern (Tracer) will join a world-class Cloud Solutions Business Unit. This internship offers exposure to strategy, program, governance, and technology solutions related to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning consulting engagements. The role is within the Cloud Strategy & Governance portfolio, featuring practice areas in Cloud Strategy, Governance, Cloud Security, FinOps, Cloud Architecture, and Application Modernization and Migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain insight into how AI/ML technologies drive business outcomes within Responsible AI framework.
- Collaborate with seasoned professionals, engage with technology partners, and interact with clients to navigate complex organizational and technological challenges.
- Contribute to the development of strategy, programs, and solutions while understanding the cybersecurity, privacy, and socio-technical implications of AI.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Enrollment in the Junior or Senior year of an undergraduate program or Masters program at an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a field of study applicable to the AI Program internship.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
- Previous academic or professional/internship experience in a professional setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire for technical problem-solving.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship.

Salary Range: $18—$24 USD per hour, based on factors including location, experience, and performance. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions.
