About the Job
Crowell & Moring LLP is offering a 10-week PAID internship opportunity for electrical engineering students interested in exploring a career in intellectual property law. The internship will be part of the Crowell Engineering in Law Program (CEIL), which aims to promote diversity in the legal profession.
Job Summary
The CEIL Intern will support the Intellectual Property Group in patent-related matters and will have the option to work in either the Washington, D.C., Chicago, or New York office. The internship requires a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week over the 10-week period.

Job Responsibilities
The CEIL Intern will undertake various tasks to support the intellectual property needs of the firm’s clients, including:
- Conducting research on patent and technology law issues
- Analyzing new technologies and monitoring industry advancements
- Reviewing patent applications and drafting documents for attorney review
- Assisting attorneys in preparing materials for client meetings

Qualifications
Qualifications:
