Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the care sector is a must.
  • You’ll need a Care Certificate (or be ready to get it within 12 weeks of starting).
  • An NVQ Level 2/3, Diploma Level 2/3, or Apprenticeship Framework Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is required.
  • A genuine interest in mental health and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • You must be prepared to undergo personal safety training.

Salary Details:

£24,071 to £25,674 a year Gross Per Annum, Pro Rata

About the Role:

This is your chance to be a part of something special on Willow Ward! As a Clinical Support Worker, you’ll be joining the Later Life Acute Inpatient unit at Woodlands Hospital, working with a diverse group of service users. You’ll be working in a mixed-sex environment, providing recovery-focused care and promoting least restrictive practice. You’ll play a key role in supporting people at a critical point in their mental health journey. The team focuses on creating a safe and therapeutic environment, providing intensive treatment and supporting individuals with both functional and organic diagnoses.
