Looking for a dynamic and rewarding role where you can make a real difference? They are seeking motivated Healthcare Assistants to join their expanding team at the East Midlands Planned Care Centre. If you are committed to delivering compassionate care and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this role is perfect for you. Experience as a Band 2 Healthcare Assistant is essential, along with a Level 3 Qualification in clinical healthcare and Level 1 functional skills in Maths and English (or equivalent). Ideally, you will hold a Care Certificate, however, they are more than happy to support you in obtaining one. Most importantly, they are looking for individuals who share their values of compassion, pride, inclusivity, and teamwork.
- Experience in a healthcare or social care setting (or similar).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control and Safeguarding procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency.

The East Midlands Planned Care Centre (EMPCC) is a cutting-edge facility transforming how planned care is delivered. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be an integral part of this exciting change, working in a dynamic environment equipped with the latest technology. Your responsibilities will include assessing and monitoring patients, delivering personal and clinical care, and assisting registered practitioners. You’ll work across various specialties like General Surgery, Urology, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, and ENT. It’s a high-volume, fast-paced setting, so adaptability and a positive attitude are essential.
